I have a new buddy for weekly yoga together, hooray! I have hesitated about group yoga before, thinking it was a personal thing, but actually it really helped! We did the whole video (first time for me) and it seemed to be by a lot quicker and easier, somehow. And of course, it's nice to "get away" from being a mom for a while and have privacy to concentrate on this!
Also, a couple times a week my husband is taking my son with him to work in the morning so that I can walk/jog to his office alone and pick him up. This works really well - having a destination (2 miles away or so) and no excuses, I HAVE to go do my walk, and can't put it off! Great arrangement. We did this once so far and I jogged half the way. It felt great! We're doing it again today.
I am intrigued by my ability to jog. I feel no discomfort whatsoever, no belly weight, nothing bouncing around. I wonder when I'll start to feel it? Probably soon.
